Each year, Restaurant Business compiles a ranking of 100 of the country’s highest-grossing independent restaurants.

The 2024 Top 100 Independent Restaurants report will launch this fall, and we’re looking for independent operators to fill out this survey for possible recognition among the top-performing restaurants in this category.

Last year’s Top 100 report showed significant growth among top independent operators, following the rocky years of the pandemic. Indies served 30.2 million meals and recorded nearly $2 billion in sales during the reporting period.

What will the latest numbers reveal?

Stay tuned to Restaurant Business for the full report. And, if you operate an independent restaurant with no more than five locations, complete this survey today.
